Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and cash. No checks please or foreign currency.

Q: Who should I call if my boat is sinking?

A: Call 911 or broadcast May Day signal over VHF radio channel 16.

Q: At which point should I call Tow Boat Seattle?

A: Call us when your boat  and your passengers are not in immediate danger so we can assist you in towing your boat to a destination of your choice.

Q: What is a scheduled towing?

A: Many boaters only run their boats during nice weather and do not wish to operate their vessels off season. If your boat needs to be relocated to a boat launch or simply taken to a shop or a dealer of choice for maintenance or repair, we are happy to schedule such a tow for you.

Q: Can you bill my insurance for your services?

A: Please check with your insurance carrier if they offer vessel assist emergency service coverage so you can work directly with your insurance company on getting reimbursed for our services.

Q: What is your service coverage area?

A: We primarily cover Lake Washington, Lake Union and occasionally central Puget Sound areas.
